7:15 pm: Meet-and-greet cocktails (cash bar)>
8:00 pm: Dinner begins, announcements, and introductions
The Deal
Includes a filet mignon dinner (with a grilled salmon or vegetarian option available), wine with dinner, and lots of fun with alumni and actives, including scholarship recipients.
Alumni (more than five years out of college) and spouses: $175 (USD) per person. The price is the foundation's actual cost for dinner, wine, etc.
Alumni (first five years out of college) and spouses: $109 (USD) per person.
Actives: $69 (USD) per person. Travel reimbursements apply to encourage attendance from actives.
Sponsorship Opportunities
To help cover the cost of publicity, dinners, and transportation subsidies for actives, we need sponsors for this memorable event for the benefit of The John Hart Hunter Educational Foundation, Inc.Sponsorship Levels:
K++a Sponsorship: $500 (USD) ($325 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] if you attend the dinner; the full $500 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] otherwise).
John Hart Hunter Sponsorship: $300 (USD) ($125 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] if you attend the dinner; the full $300 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] otherwise).
Sponsor an Active (and include yourself): $220 (USD) ($45 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] if you attend the dinner; the full $220 is tax-deductible [U.S. taxpayers only] otherwise).
Other Important Stuff
Black tie is encouraged; coat and tie are required.
Spouses, because they are officially “sisters” (regardless of gender), are welcome.
Scholarship award recipients will be recognized and are guests of the Society.
Please note: discounted parking is available at the City Parking Garage at 113 W. 43rd Street (north side of 43rd Street, which runs west from 6th Avenue [Avenue of the Americas] to 7th Avenue), New York, NY. The discount is available by getting your parking “ticket” “stamped” at the front desk of the Penn Club when “leaving.”
