"No better boys you'll find than the chosen sons of dear KA"
| Kappa Alpha is the oldest Greek-letter social fraternity in the United States. Part of the original "Union Triad," KA has been going strong since 1825.
There have been as many as 14 chapters; today, there are six active chapters, one having just recolonized, and one in the process of recolonizing. Our active chapters can be found at: Hobart College; The University of Toronto; Lehigh University; The University of Pennsylvania; The University of Western Ontario; and The University of Alberta [Edmonton]. Our mother chapter at Union College will be active again soon, initiating its first new members in five years this fall. Our six undergraduates leading the recolonizing effort at Cornell University are anxiously awaiting formal University recognition this fall. Our chapters range in membership from six to 60. We take great pride in our young Kaps and have every confidence that they will see us through many more years. |
